Pas1002 is a kind of composite conductive paste with graphene as core active material which incorporated with certain amount of carbon black, and NMP as solvent.  Flexible graphene with laminal structure and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, it incorporates with high-structure carbon black. Hence this system can effectively form 3 dimensions network across the basic materials. The conductive system contact with basic materials from all dimensions (point/line/surface), the inner electric resistance can be notably reduced. LIB cell’s rate charge/discharge performance and cycle life can be greatly improved. Pas 1002 is one of star products of SuperC which has received well appraises from clients.

Due to the differences from basic materials, even for NMC materials from different supplier, the permeation curves are not identical. SuperC can collaborate with clients to provide lab support and integrated solution upon client’s material and requests on quality and cost etc.

Client request:

LFP cathode system, currently with 2% CNT, energy density and 60℃ cycle life performance is desired to be improved.

Test Plan & Result:

SuperC recommends 1.0%FLGPas1002, the 60℃ cycle is improved apparently.
