Graphene Composite Conductive Additive for Lithium ion Battery


Pas1004 is a kind of composite conductive paste with graphene as core active material which incorporated with certain amount of CNT, and NMP as solvent. Flexible graphene with laminal structure and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, it can effectively form 3 dimensions network across the basic materials. Hence the inner electrode resistance can be notably reduced. LIB cell’s rate charge/discharge performance and cycle life can be greatly improved.

Product Feature

1. Physical peeling process, high purity graphene.

2. Less dosage of conductive additive and binder, higher energy density for LIB cell.

3. Cathode paste with stable viscosity and easy for coating.

4. Electrode plate is easy for calendaring which can decrease the calendaring pressure while increase roller speed, but very little rebound.

The  electrode plate’s performance remains at the same level as previous or even better if the amount of conductive additive is reduced.
